Terms of Service

1. Acceptable use

AnimeQuiz is free to use. By accessing the service, you agree not to scrape question content programmatically, host unauthorized clones, or attempt to disrupt match servers.

Multiplayer rooms have no nickname filtering by default — hosts moderate their own lobbies. Repeat offenders may be IP-throttled.

2. Accounts

You can play anonymously. Linking a Discord or Google identity is optional and only used to persist scores across devices. Deleting your account erases your match history within 30 days.

3. Content & rights

Cover art, screenshots, and audio clips are served from third-party metadata services. Rights remain with their original owners. See our DMCA policy for takedown requests.

4. Liability

The service is provided as-is. We can't guarantee 100% uptime, particularly during peak Saturday-night rooms.

5. Changes

Material changes are announced via the in-app banner 7 days before they take effect.
